Bloom Zlatibor / Construction Phases

In July, we began construction work on the Bloom Zlatibor project.

By laying the foundation, we established the basis for our vision – creating a space that will allow people to live in harmony with nature, with the comfort of a modern mountain apartment.

In this location, among the pines and fresh mountain air, the idea of a home in the most beautiful part of Zlatibor began to grow.

Already in August, work progressed beyond expectations – the first floor of our building was erected.

Construction is proceeding at an accelerated pace, and each new day brings visible changes to the construction site.

Our commitment to quality and precision allows us to carry out work ahead of planned deadlines, while respecting the highest construction standards.

By October, we reached the fourth floor. From this height, beautiful panoramic views of green meadows and golden mountain landscapes are already opening up.

Bloom Zlatibor is slowly taking on its recognizable shape, while our teams work daily to ensure that every detail is in accordance with the vision of life at the highest point of Zlatibor.

During January 2026, construction work on the Bloom building reached the sixth floor. The construction of the basic structure is now in its final phase and we are one step away from completing the entire construction of the new Bloom project in Zlatibor.

We are proud to announce that with the completion of the seventh floor, the entire structure of the Bloom Zlatibor building is fully finished. Construction works continue to progress exactly according to the planned schedule, and our team is currently focused on the building's roof. Reaching this highest point finally reveals the true glory of the magnificent, panoramic view of the pine forests and Zlatibor landscapes that future Bloom residents will enjoy every day. Your mountain home is slowly taking its final shape, perfectly blending luxury and nature.
